Shipments
Your pack shipment (FLEX & NW versions only)
Packages (FLEX and network versions only) are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and, if they are not a downloadable item, are shipped via our preferred carrier (std) or the fastest available carrier (Express shipping).
Shipping is free unless you order Express shipping.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs (but not any customs duties!). We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
